The best of times with my friend Trina were always better because of her wonderful dad, Earl. He always treated me like family. Earl welcomed me into his home, looked after me, cheered for me while playing ball, took me to Frishes and of course, always made his famously yummy peanut butter fudge for Trina & me (usually during a late night sleep over). He danced with me at my wedding and laughed at my kids at birthday parties. Some people pass through ones life and touch their soul with such kindness and love that they stay in your heart forever. I am blessed to have the tremendous fortune of Earl being one those people in my life. And even now, that love and kindness continues in the heart of his legacy, through my best friend, Trina and all of his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I will miss his smile and his 'hello beautiful' greeting.
