Gilbert was one of the most talented and accomplished men I ever knew. He could build a house, from the foundation to the gable, he could repair or restore any vehicle, car, truck, sleigh or horse drawn wagon. There was not much he could not do. He was a faithful loving husband, son, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. I pray for God's loving comfort for all those he left behind.

We would like to thank everyone for all the support during this difficult time. Anyone who knew my Dad knows what a great man he was. He was a loving husband, greatest Dad ever, a brother, uncle, and a friend to many. Our family truly appreciates all the support we have received. We can not thank you enough during this difficult time for all of you being here for us.

Erin & Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. When someone you love dies, you never quite get over it. You just slowly learn how to go on without them. But always keeping them tucked safely in your heart. Eternal rest grant on to him Oh Lord, and May the Perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and all of the souls of the faithful departed rest in Peace, Amen. Your father was a wonderful man and a Great Dad. May you know Our Lord is right beside you as you go through this hard time. God Bless you all.

Dear Erin & Don, Limuel & Shirley, Sheila, Michal and families
There aren't words to convey our deepest sympathy and love to you all. Gilbert will be sorely and sadly missed, but he will NEVER be forgotten. He was an incredibly kind and faithful friend (closer than a brother) for more than 30 years. It is our prayer that you all will find peace in all your memories of Gilbert.
