Obituary of Verneda Maloney

MALONEY, Verneda (nee Spencer) age 83 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Tuesday evening, September 20, 2016 at Lebanon Country Manor. Born June 19, 1933 in South Lebanon, Ohio, Verneda was the daughter of HIllard and Mary (McIntosh) Spencer and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Mary was a member of Kings Point Church of God in Maineville, Ohio, a life long resident of Warren county and enjoyed her children, cooking, taking care of others, singing and prayer. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Victor Maloney in 2005, brother Howard Spencer, sisters Ruth Ann Tincher and Florence Combs and grandson Matthew Maloney; Verneda leaves behind her loving children Reverend Mitchel (Sharon) Maloney of Cleveland, Tennessee, Tom (Nancy) Maloney of Lebanon, Ohio and Phillip Maloney; grandchildren Chris (Chasity) Maloney, Elizabeth Maloney, LyndseyMaloney, Brent (Lindsey) Maloney, Brandon Maloney and Jonathan Maloney; great grandchildren Elliana, Brayden, Bryson, Kynlee and Emma and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Friday, Septemher 23, 2016 from 11am until 1pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1pm with Reverend Mitchel Maloney officiating. Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
