I am terribly sorry to hear about Rita. I went to school with her many years ago. She was one of the most beautiful girls in school. I haven't seen her for such a long time, but I will never forget her. My Mom and Lorene were friends as well and liked to "talk" anything sewing or quilting. Of course, Rita and I were happy that our moms liked each other because that gave us more chances to visit together. My parents names were Iver and Betty Burkitt. We used to live on Swift Creek, not far from Rita and her family. Praying for all the family.
