Obituary of Sandra S. Traud

TRAUD, Sandra S. (nee Lemon) ) age 74 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Thursday, March 10, 2016 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born in Hamilton, Ohio March 10, 1942 to Raymond Davis and Eva (Morgan) Lemon, Sandra graduated from Seven Mile High School, received a BA degree from Transylvania University and a Masters Degree from Wright State University. Sandra taught school for 38 years. The last 27 years she taught English at Fenwick Bishop High School. She was an active member of St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church in Lebanon. Sandie was preceded in death by her parents and husband Justin Lawrence Traud. She is survived by her daughter Elizabeth Lyons of Cincinnati, Ohio, sister Alicia Lemon of Richmond, Indiana, cousin Donna Gyor of Grove City, Ohio, grandchildren Morgan and Nicholas Rothenbach of Cincinnati, Ohio; three step-sons Martin (Linda) Traud of Greenville, N.C., Timothy (Susie) Traud of Lebanon, Ohio and Gregory (Vicki) Traud of Centerville, Ohio; 5 step-grandchildren and 9 great step-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Mass will be held Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11am at the St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church in Lebanon, Ohio. The family will be available to greet friends at the church 30 minutes prior to the mass.
