Ray, Thank your for 3&1/2yrs of love & friendship. You were a huge support & inspiration to me. You always kept me smiling with your reality checks & humor. We clicked when I first met you as friends & I grew to love you 1yr. later. You were so gracious; "a nice guy", "a good man". I have heard these descriptions echoed over & over from all who knew you. You were always careful to not offend & always gave credit to others for "trying" home improvement projects. You trained people & empowered them to learn. You inspired people to not be fearful of trying! You used to say: "We all put out pants on the same way". I always said that you could socialize with the President or a homeless person, because you were not judgmental. You had the ability & forgive & permit others to just get along. You encouraged relationships with all your former relationships and keep all as a part of your life. You stopped whatever you were doing if they experienced a tragedy or need. You always lent an ear & treated everyone as a friend or family member. You were a mentor and confidant to various friends or your sons, neighbors & my son. I have never known you to ever turn down a favor for someone. You always made time for everyone & strangers could always ask for help & you would assist. You just don't meet caring people like you everyday. I am lucky to have been a part of your life and I am grateful for all our life experiences together on this journey called life. You are in a better place, with no pain or suffering. I will still be "talking" to you & I know that you to send me a SIGN when "I can't find something I misplaced at my house"; Just like you asked "me to throw you a life line so long ago" inside joke!!!
