Well dad I know you have been gone a year now and it still hurts just the same as the day you left. I miss you like crazy and I know I haven't made you proud like I promised but I know I can and will. Me and mom are doing okay. Tim was a wonderful Human being. He never uttered a bad word about any one. He gave all and ask for nothing in return. He loved the LOrd God Almighty first and Knew that God would take of all the rest.

To all of the Welsh family: It saddens me deeply to here about Tim. I'm praying that God will give everyone touched by Tim the strength and understanding to deal with this terrible loss. I only knew Tim for a short time while we worked together at Ford. He was certainly one of a kind and a very special person. May God bless you all.
