Obituary of Teddie Engle

ENGLE, Teddie age 78 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday, July 30, 2011 while in Sevierville, Tennessee. Born March 12, 1933 in Knott County, Kentucky, Teddie was the son of Anderson and Jessie (Ritchie) Engle and was a retired Deputy Director of Corrections with the State of Ohio. Teddie was a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran and a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Preceded in death by his parents and, brother Eugene Engle, Teddie leaves behind his loving wife Pauline Engle of Lebanon, Ohio; daughters Rebekah (Steve Niemann) Schraer, Sherry (Greg) Davis and Teddi (Tommy) Alford; brother James Thomas Engle, sister Gaye Gabbard; grandchildren Lacey Bostwick, Sara Nickelson, Jessica Bostwick-Jone, Samantha and Tyler Schraer and Olivia Niemann; great grandchildren Brandon, Hannah and Draven Bostwick and Dinny Nickelson and many other family members, friends and neighbors. Friends may call on the family Wednesday, August 3, 2011 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at the Urbancrest Baptist Church, Drake Road, Lebanon. Funeral services will be held at the church at 12:00pm Thursday, August 4, 2011 and burial with military honors to follow in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio.
