May what Jesus taught his disciples regarding death comfort your family. At Luke 8:51-54 he there compares the death of a child to her being sleep. Yes, to Jesus, death is likened to a deep sleep that only he can awaken us from. This he will do for our loved ones just as he did for this little child. May the hope of the resurrection comfort you during this time of sadness.
