Our condolences to OTs family. He was a lovely man. When we lived atop an impossible hill in Oregonian, OT was the one dared delivered fuel to us. I ( cathy) also knew him in his post as trustees for the years I covered trustees for the Western Star. OT was hard working and dedicated and, as a reporter, a joy to work with.
