Barb was the first funny woman I ever knew, and she kept me laughing for many years. I loved nothing more, than spending an hour on the phone, telling stories together and cracking up. We've had a special relationship since my mother's been ill, and she meant the world to me. I'm sorry I can't be there right now, and I'll miss you all, but Barb, most of all. Rest in peace, my lifelong friend.
