Cindy, Friends and Family, I am so very sorry I could not be there at this time to honor my Dear Sweet Friend and cousin Barb Doughman. I will miss her so very very much. We met 54 yrs ago when Vicky my daughter was a year old at Harmon Park in Lebanon at one of our family reunions. Even though we were 1st cousins, I really didn't know here till then. From the time we got acquainted, we always kept in touch. When she lived in Morrow, I rode a bus all the way from North Carolina to visit her. We even went to Lake Lorelei a few time when the lived there. I was absolutely delighted when her and Norman moved to Florida. We became like sisters at that time she was here. We had so many fun times together, shopping, playing SkipBo and spending some of our afternoons in the pontoon boat. I have some wonderful memories that will be with me always. The highlight in my later years was last summer when I got to spend a week on Cindy and Ernie's farm and be a part of there family. Cindy made it a wonderful time to be there to be able to reminisce about all the good times Barb and I had. I thank you Cindy for that. I will miss her presence in my life, her laugh and her always having interest in your life because she cared. I will miss you Barb but I look forward to seeing you again on the other side. Love with the heart of a sister, Cousin Shirley

We always looked forward to seeing Barb at the family reunion each year. She made us feel so welcome. She was always the "take charge" person. We loved her laugh and cheerful personality. What a very special lady. Mom (Eunice) especially loved her nice, long letters. She said it was just like sitting in the room with her. Your family will miss you so much. You lived such a beautiful life....so many people loved you. Many Blessings are sent to the family.

It will never be the same for me in life because a little peace of my heart went with her. This is the hardest thing to know because I will never see her any more or talk to her again but down through life from a small child up she all ways made me fell loved. I know she has no more pain and she is in heaven with jesus and I am happy for her but I will always miss her. love you all. Kila

Dear Family, As I think about Aunt Barb it brings a cheerful smile to my face. She was always happy and eager to have a great conversation. Alot of our conversations were about her family and her church. I will always remember her most for the way she would play the piano! I grew up listening to her play the piano in church with a quartet and I always wanted to play just like Aunt Barb. She would sit there and play and wasnt afraid to hold her head up high and sing and YOU COULD HEAR HER TOO. I will always have very found memeries of your Mother and I will miss her. I am praying for each of you. God Bless you with peace, I know she is at peace. Love Tena
