Dear James Collins Family. I am very sorry for the loss of your loved one. Jim was a good man and I held him in the highest regards. As a former Warren County Deputy I had the pleasure of calling Jim a friend,co-worker and the boss. Sheirff Collins was a leader and a fair and honest man. I thought of him as a great asset to the law enforcement community. Better yet, Jim always set the example as a fine family man and all around good human being.
