Obituary of Shirley Carrier-Kilburn

CARRIER-KILBURN, Shirley (nee Simpson) age 82 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday morning, December 1, 2012 at Lebanon Country Manor. Born January 25, 1930 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Shirley was a retired Clerk with the Warren County Board of Elections and a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, son Gregory B. Carrier, former husband Gifford Carrier and brothers Herbert and Doug Simpson; Shirley leaves behind her loving children Chris Carrier of Tennessee, Joe (Nancy) Carrier of Virginia and Kevin Carrier of Lebanon, Ohio; daughters Debbie (Walter) Biggs of Oregonia, Ohio, Brenda Combs, Donna (Jo) Estes of Tennessee and Kim (Craig) Kilburn-Miller of North Carolina; brother Glenn Simpson of Cincinnati, Ohio; sisters Dorothy Carrier of Florida, Norma Cox of Clermont County, Ohio and Darlene Carrier of Illinois; many grandchildren and other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Friday, December 7, 2012 from 11:00am until 12:30pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 12:30pm with Reverend Abe Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio.
