Obituary of Elicia R. Mellendorf

MELLENDORF, Elicia R. (nee Ashcraft) age 52 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully August 10, 2018 at Hospice of Cincinnati in Blue Ash, Ohio.  Born September 4, 1965 in Middletown, Ohio, Elicia was the daughter of James and Delores (nee Lyons) Ashcraft and was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to all who knew her.  Elicia was a graduate of Middletown High School, attended Bowling Green University and graduated from Miami University.  Elicia was employed with Kings Local School where she taught Kindergarten.  During her spare time, Elicia enjoyed golfing, watching the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals and shopping for antiques.  Preceded in death by her father James Ashcraft and infant sister Velvet; Elicia leaves behind her loving sons Austen (Kara) Mellendorf of South Lebanon, Ohio and Collin Mellendorf of Lebanon, Ohio; her mother Delores Sroufe of West Chester, Ohio; sister Laura Graham of Orlando, Florida and grandson Nash Mellendorf.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 10am until time of service at 12:30pm at Stine Kilburn Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Hillgrove Cemetery in Miamisburng, Ohio.
