Obituary of Delbert E. Hughes

HUGHES, Delbert E. age 48 of South Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Monday, April 10, 2017 at Bethesda Arrowsprings in Lebanon, Ohio. Born March 14, 1969 in Wilmington, Ohio, Delbert was the son of Early Charles and Frances Jean (nee South) Hughes and was a lifelong resident of Warren County and a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Delbert was known as a hard worker who enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Delbert was employed with Gaddis Construction where he was a roofer. Preceded in death by his father; Delbert leaves behind his loving wife Jennifer (nee Ledford) Hughes; daughters Danyelle Sergeant-Berg (Jamie), Misty Bogan (Matt), Hayley Reidmiller and Hillary Hughes; mother Frances Jean Hughes; brothers Bill and Phillip Hughes; sisters Holly Pendleton and Tammy Wells; grandchildren Brady and Reilly Bogan, Garrett Cook, Justin and Lola Berg and Ellie Reidmiller and many other family members and friends. A celebration of life will be held Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 5pm until 8pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. The family appreciates memorial donations that are directed to Stine Kilburn Funeral Home for expenses.
