Obituary of Bernard N. Harrell
HARRELL, Bernard N. age 71 of Springboro, Ohio passed peacefully following a hard fought battle with Parkinson's Disease. Born November 19, 1945 in Heltonville, Indiana, Bernard was the son of John and Juanita (nee Williams) Harrell and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Bernard was a member of the West Carrolton Church of Christ where he was an Elder, an accomplished Master Gunmaker and a retiree from Texas Eastern where he held the position of Safety Director. Bernard enjoyed hunting deer, collecting and finding arrowheads and spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his parents, grandson Cody Spivey and sister-in-law Bev Harrell; Bernard leaves behind his loving wife of 53 years Paula (nee Perry) Harrell of Springboro, Ohio; daughters Dawn (Billy) Caudell of Kentucky, Debbie (Chris) Cornett of Miamisburg, Ohio and Becky (Aaron) Spivey of Springboro, Ohio; brothers John (Kim) Harrell of Helconville, Indiana and Marvin Harrell of Leesburg, Indiana; sisters Janet (David) Fisher of Norman, Indiana and Sandra Harrell of Michigan; grandchildren Kai Spivey and Cooper and Landen Cornett and many other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday evening, March 6, 2017 from 6pm until 8pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 11am at the funeral home with Mike Grushon officiating.
