Obituary of Barbara Setser

SETSER, Barbara (nee Garner) age 90 of Anderson Township, Ohio, passed peacefully Friday morning, January 6, 2017 at the Mt. Washington Care Center. Born August 15, 1926 in Loveland, Ohio, Barbara was the daughter of Louis and Bernice (nee Drake) Garner and was a loving wife, daughter and sister. Barbara was a 1934 graduate of Loveland High School and a retired legal secretary with the Hollencamp & Hollencamp Law Offices in Dayton, Ohio. Barbara was a member of the United Brethren Church (Riverdale UBC) and enjoyed painting during her spare time. Preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Clarence R. Setser in 1976, brother Robert Garner and step-mother Dorothy M. Garner; Barbara leaves behind her brother Ron Garner of Cincinnati, Ohio; two nieces and five nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 11am until 12pm at the Bethany United Church of Christ located on South State Route 123, Lebanon, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the church at 12pm with Pastor Naomi officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethany United Church of Christ Cemetery.
