Obituary of Robert Baker

BAKER, Robert age 83 of Clarksville, Ohio passed peacefully December 21, 2016 at Clinton Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. Born June 25, 1933 in Clay County, Kentucky, Robert was the son of Woodrow and Fannie (nee Robertson) Baker and was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Robert served his country proudly in the U.S. Army and was a retired truck driver with Michael's and Oeder's. Robert was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church, the Masonic Lodge and loved company. Preceded in death by his parents and wife Trula (Halcomb) Baker; Robert leaves behind his loving children Damon Baker of Rockaway, New Jersey, Robert "Duane" Baker of Clarksville, Ohio, Rhonda Benton of Clarksville, Ohio and Linda Deaton of Cincinnati, ohio; brother Clinton Baker of Oneida, Kentucky and Geneva Frost of Clarksville, Ohio; four grandchildren dn four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 26, 2016 at 5:30pm at the Bethany Baptist Church in Clarksville, Ohio with Pastor Tom Chattin officiating.
