Obituary of Sheila Kay Faulkner

FAULKNER, Sheila Kay (nee Hopkins) age 37 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Thursday, November 17, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born December 28, 1978 in Wilmington, Ohio, Sheila was the daughter of David Taylor and Mary Taylor Cook and was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. Sheila was a member of Kings Point Church of God and enjoyed spending time with her family. Sheila leaves behind her husband of 18 years David "Andy" Faulkner of Lebanon, Ohio; sons Dylan - Andrew Titus Faulkner and Alex David Rockwell, daughter Haley Nicole Faulkner; parents David Hopkins of South Lebanon, Ohio and Mary Taylor Cook of Blanchester, Ohio; bother Timothy (Sandy) Hopkins; sister Angela Hopkins McKeehan; father and mother in-law David and Connie Faulkner and many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, November 21, 2016 from 5pm until 7pm at the Kings Point Church of God in Maineville, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the church at 7pm with Pastor Randy Ballard officiating. Burial will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 10am at the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio. The family appreciates memorial donations that are directed to the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
