Obituary of Alan W. Frank

FRANK, Alan W. "Wade" age 55 of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Friday, November 4, 2016 at his residence. Born July 28, 1961 in Wauseon, Ohio, Wade was the son of Dean and Dorothy (Darnell) Frank and was a loving and devoted husband and father. Wade was employed with Lebanon Country Manor where he provided nursing care to patients. Preceded in death by his parents, Wade leaves behind his loving wife Carolyn Frank of Lebanon, Ohio, sons James, Alexander and Adam Frank; brothers Todd (Myrna) Frank of Williston, Vermont and Craig (Kathleen) Frank of Wauseon, Ohio; sister Pamela (John) Cowan of Lexington, Kentucky and many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, November 9, 2016 from 5pm until 8pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. funeral services will be held at the funeral home Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 11am. Burial will be held Friday, November 11, 2016 at 12pm in the Greenwood Cemetery in DeGraff, Ohio.
