Obituary of Scott Lee Voris

VORIS, Scott Lee age 67 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Hawthorn Glen Nursing Center in Middletown, Ohio. Born October 12, 1948 in Troy, Ohio, Scott was the son of Marvin Gerald and Bonita Delores (Shaw) Voris and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Scott was a 1966 graduate of Vandalia Butler High School and was a retired Deputy Sheriff with Warren County Sheriff's Department. Scott had also worked for Springboro Division of Police and Treble county Sheriff's Department. Preceded in death by his parents and brother John Michael Voris; Scott leaves behind his loving wife of 27 years Kelli (nee Helton) Voris; sons Steve Keith (Sharon) Voris, Dennis Gerald (Angela) Voris and Brandon Scott Voris; one brother Gerald Marvin Voris, Jr. (Becky) and one grandson Nicholas Cameron Voris. The family will receive friends Monday, October 10, 2016 from 5pm until 7pm at the Stine Kilburn funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 7pm.
