Obituary of Carole Anne Banks

BANKS, Carole Anne (nee Smith) age 68 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Thursday afternoon, September 29, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born April 13, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio; Carole was the daughter of James and Verna (Jackson) Smith and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Carole enjoyed pool, fishing, camping out and spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her parents, brothers Carl E. Smith and Kenneth D. Smith and sister Lori R. Smith; Carole leaves behind her loving husband Donny Banks of Lebanon, Ohio; son Charles Parker of Tampa, Florida; daughters Teresa Parker of Morrow, Ohio, Tammy Edwards of South Lebanon, Ohio, Tracy (Dan) Williamson of Middletown, Ohio, Angel Banks of Middletown, Ohio and Shelly Roth of Middletown, Ohio; brothers James S. Smith and John E. Smith both of Tampa, Florida, ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 8, 2016. Calling hour from 11am - 12pm with service at 12pm with John E. Smith, Jr. officiating.
