To kris's wife and family. I am so sorry for your loss but know that he was a loss to many others as well. we hired on at ford on the same day 17 years ago. I will miss his smile and frequently manner. I will miss short talks we had about life, God and family. I just can't hardly believe he was taken so suddenly. Know that my prayers are with the family for support from a living loving wonderful God. May he bless you all with comfort and help and strength.

I'm not sure why this picture came through upside down but all I could think of was that Kris would probably laugh, and, that if Holden were here, he would know how to fix it, so ... I love this picture though. What a beautiful family.

This is one of my favorite pictures of Kris. It shows his fun, silly side with his two beautiful daughters Becca and Callie, while holding our daughter Julianna who he loved to spoil like one of his own.

We are lighting this candle to remember a loving man, full of life and joy, not only for the joy he felt when he was playing with his beautiful daughters, or when he was bursting with pride over his oldest son, or when he was beaming like a high school boy over his beautiful wife, or when he was full of excitement about his new and youngest son, but the joy he often and openly expressed in the Lord. He was a man who had a heart to serve. And, he did so with a humble heart. Kris would give you the shirt right off his back if he knew you needed it. We believe that's why he isn't here today - because in a manner that is hard for most people to understand, he was putting those he loved first. Kris is with his Heavenly Father completely healed today and will be watching over his family waiting for them to meet him when their own time comes. He will be smiling, completely at peace and full of joy. Kris will most likely be doing any maintenance work the Lord needs, or mowing that needs done around the most beautiful green grass fields any of us have ever seen here on earth. We will be lifting up Amanda, Holden, Becca, Callie and little Easton in our daily prayers.

Kris was a childhood friend, up through high school. He was also my junior prom date! He was always kind to me, and always made me laugh and smile; he was a good friend to me. Sending love, thoughts, and prayers.
