Obituary of HIlda Goodman

GOODMAN, Hilda (nee Franer) age 91 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Lebanon Country Manor with her family by her side. Born February 12, 1925 in Waynesville, Ohio, Hilda was the daughter of Clarence Franer and Elizabeth Bishop and one of 13 children. Hilda was loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Many will remember Hilda from her years of service working for Doc Bowman at the Lebanon Raceway and cooking at the Pork Chop Roadhouse. During her spare time, Hilda enjoyed gardening and catering. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles Goodman; siblings Edward, Marion, Leonard, Clarence, Mary, Martha, Pauline, Mabel, Margaret, Helen and Dorothy; Hilda leaves behind her loving daughter Connie (Moore) Lilley of Lebanon, Ohio; grandchildren Leslie Rush and David Enright; great-grandchildrem Patrick and Conner Enright and Emmy Rush; brother David Franer of Miamisburg, Ohio and many other family members and friends. Calling hours will be held Monday, October 3, 2016 from 11am until 1pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1pm with Pastor Steve Tufts officiating. Burial will follow in the Butler County Memorial Park near Trenton, Ohio.
