Obituary of William Shane Rigsby

RIGSBY, William Shane "Billy" age 26 of Monroe, Ohio passed unexpectedly Monday, September 12, 2016 at his residence. Billy was a graduate of Lemon Monroe High School and was a loving son, brother and friend to all who knew him. Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Mary Ellen Moore; Billy leaves behind his loving parents William S. Rigsby of Monroe, Ohio and Carla (Mel) Patterson of Franklin, Ohio; brothers Alec Patterson of Franklin, Ohio and Seldon Patterson of Jacksonburg, Ohio; sisters Amber Cooper of Franklin, Ohio, Amanda Tucker of Middletown, Ohio and Ashley Patterson of Jacksonburg, Ohio; paternal grandparents Bill and Iris Rigsby and maternal grandparents Carlos (Sandra) Moore and many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, September 15, 2016 from 5pm until 7pm at the New Freedom Church located at 840 Miller Road in Lebanon, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the church at 7pm with Pastor Joe Shutts officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates memorial donations made directly to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
