From Toni: I meet Jeff 11 years ago and we had an instant connection. We fell in love and had a beautiful son named Dylan. I remember when he held Dylan he told me that this kid is going to be a hell of football player, he was right, about that. Jeff had a kind heart, loving touch, and will forever be in my heart and in my life.
