Obituary of David Helton

HELTON, David age 80 of Maineville and formerly of Morrow, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday morning, August 20, 2016 at his residence. Born December 25, 1935 in Warren County, Ohio, David was the son of Charlie and Liza (Jenkins) Helton and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. David retired from Cincinnati Electronics where he was a maintenance worker, then he went to work for Kettering Memorial Hospital where he retired as a patient transport worker.David enjoyed his vegetable gardening, telling jokes and dining. Preceded in death by his parents, loving wife Betty Helton, brother Carlo Helton and sister Bessie Helton, David leaves behind his loving sons Darrell (Kathy) Helton of Maineville, Ohio, Danny (Anna) Helton of Morrow, Ohio; brothers Andy (Ina) Helton of florida, Bill (Sandra) Helton of New Mexico and Mike (Carolyn) Helton of Lebanon, Ohio; grandchildren Darrell Lee Helton, Craig Ryan Helton, Kyle David Helton, Bradley Jordan Helton and Dana Marie Helton and many other family members and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 2pm until 5pm at the Transel Corp., 6162 Wilmington road, Oregonia, Ohio 45054.
