Obituary of Ruth Sempsrott

SEMPSROTT, Ruth Ann (nee Weis) age 78 of Morrow, Ohio passed peacefully Thursday, May 10, 2012 at her residence with her family by her side. Born February 16, 1934 in Warren County, Ohio, Ruth was the daughter of Russell and Ruth (Reynolds) Weis and a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who loved her children and grandchildren . Many will remember Ruth from her 25 years of employment with Kaufman's Department Store in downtown, Lebanon, Ohio where she worked in sales. Ruth also worked as a supervisor at Otterbein Home for many years and was a member of the First Church of God in Lebanon, Ohio. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Merlin Weis; Ruth leaves behind her son Ron Sempsrott of Lebanon, Ohio; daughter Sharon (John) Louallen of Morrow, Ohio; brother Paul (Berchie) Weis of Lebanon, Ohio; sister Donna Robinett of Clarksville, Ohio; grandchildren Brooke (Jason) Flinders, Ryan (Jennifer) Gross and Jaden (Bridgett) Sempsrott; great-grandchildren Brody, Ben, Ellie, Sam, Miles and Annaleigh. Friends may call on the family Sunday evening, May 13, 2012 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the First Church of God, Franklin Road, Lebanon, Ohio at 11:00am Monday, May 14, 2012 with Pastor Tracy Stephens officiating. Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
