Obituary of Chad Michael McKinney

McKinney, Chad Michael age 29 of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Friday, July 8, 2016 at the Atrium Medical Center surrounded by his loving family and friends. Born April 6, 1987 in Louisville, Kentucky, Chad was the son of Mike and Brenda (Lake) McKinney and was a loving son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend to all who knew him. Chad was an adventurer by heart and had a great thirst for knowledge. He enjoyed traveling, camping and the outdoors, reading, scuba and skydiving. Preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Lloyd Mckinney and maternal grandparents John and Beatrice Lake; Chad leaves behind his loving parents Mike and Brenda McKinney of Lebanon, Ohio; paternal grandmother Mary E. McKinney of Lebanon, Ohio and his best friend Perry Ellsworth of New Foundland. At the request of the family, funeral services are private family only.
