Obituary of Donna J. Polly

POLLY, Donna J. (nee Price) age 68 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Wednesday, June 1, 2016 a t Hospice of Butler and Warren County surrounded by her loving family. Born May 5, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio, Donna was the daughter of William Harvey and Hilda (Williams) Price and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Donna enjoyed riding horses, fishing, flowers and spending time with er family. Donna is survived by her loving husband Darrell Polly of Lebanon, Ohio, son Doug Green, daughters Tracy Green and Michelle Price; sister Ronda Southwood and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Graveside committal service will be held Friday, June 10, 2016 at 2pm at the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery as there is no procession.
