Obituary of Robert Harold George

GEORGE, Robert H. "Rob" age 64 of Maineville, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday, May 29, 2016. Born November 3, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio, Rob was the son of Ralph James George and Sandra Fisher Cooke. Rob was a graduate of Lebanon High School and retired from General Electric. Rob was a member of the Lebanon Elks Lodge and enjoyed fishing, nascar and playing pitch and poker. Preceded in death by his father, Rob leaves behind his loving wife of 43 years Bitha (nee Parrett) George of Maineville, Ohio; daughters Amanda Gail George of Ludlow, Kentucky and Julie Ann (Joseph) Lo Piccolo of Mason, Ohio; sisters Toni Allen and Brenda Goodlett both of Trenton, Ohio; half brothers Fred Cooke of Texas and James George of Lebanon, Ohio; half sisters Donna, Beverly and Connie George, Becky Vidourek of Cincinnati, Ohio and Stephanie Kissell; grandchildren Sam and Ben LoPiccolo and step mother Delores F. George of Hillsboro, Ohio and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Friday, June 3, 2016 from 12pm until 1:30pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Memorial service will be conducted by the Lebanon Elks Lodge at 1:30pm. The family appreciates memorial donations that are directed to the Voluntary Service Office at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center.
