Obituary of Palmer Ray DeBusk III

DeBusk, Palmer Ray III "Jack" age 37 of Middletown, Ohio passed peacefully Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, Ohio. Born April 20, 1979 in Dayton, Ohio, Palmer was the son of Palmer Ray DeBusk, Jr. and Joyce Peters and was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to all who knew him. Palmer was a graduate of Lebanon High School and enjoyed motorcycles and guns. Preceded in death by his mother, grandmother Carol Crase DeBusk and sister Brandy Keith, Palmer leaves behind his loving father Palmer Ray DeBusk, Jr. of Middletown, Ohio;; brothers Brandon DeBusk, Dean Brock and Eric Hines, sisters Penny and Harley DeBusk, Jessica Kirby and Angela Jones and many other family members and friends. A memorial service will be held at Stine Kilburn Funeral Home Monday, June 6, 2016 at 2pm.. Memorial donations may be sent to the Palmer DeBusk III Fund, c/o Stine Kilburn Funeral Home, 801 Monroe Road, Lebanon, Ohio 45036 to assist with funeral expenses.
