Obituary of Lillian Bevins

BEVINS, Lillian (nee Tate) age 83 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Lebanon Country Manor. Born September 17, 1928 in Norfolk, Virginia, Lillian was the daughter of Vernon and Velma (Bayes) Tate and a loving and devoted wife mother and grandmother. Lillian was a volunteer for the Warren County Department of Disabilities, active in the Warren County Republican Women's Club, the captain of her high school basketball team in Virginia and active in the girl scouts. Preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Tommy and sister Ila Harbin, Lillian leaves behind her son Randy (Carolyn) Bevins of Lebanon, Ohio, daughter Sandra (Leonard Hollander) Sebecke of Lebanon, Ohio; brother Donald (Thelma) Tate of Tennessee; grandchildren Angie (Willie) Schrenk, Traci and Ciara Sebecke; great-grandson Zayne Schrenk; niece Lynn McEver, nephew Terry Harbin and very special close family friends Charles and Betty Howard. Friends may call on the family Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 6:30pm until 7:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 7:00pm with Reverend Rob Mason officiating.
