Obituary of Ollie Oldham

OLDHAM, Ollie (nee Byrd) age 75 of Clarksville, Ohio passed peacefully Friday evening, March 11, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her family. BornJuly 18, 1940 in Clay County, Kentucky, Ollie was the daughter of Albert and Sarah (Hacker) Byrd and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Many may remember Ollie from her years of employment with Serv-A-Portion in Maderia, Ohio where she worked in assembly. During her spare time, Ollie enjoyed shopping, yard sales, cooking and spending time with her family. Preceded in death by her parents, husband of 58 years Clinton Oldham in November of 2015, brothers Albert, Marion "Duper" and Brice Byrd and sister Lorene Madison; Ollie leaves behind her loving daughter Sandra (Kenny) Medley of Bainbridge, Ohio; brothers Hobart Byrd of South Lebanon, Ohio, Millard (Darlene) Byrd of Morrow, Ohio and Clarence Byrd of Dayton, Ohio; sisters Ida Smith of Dayton, Ohio and Rhoda Martin of Cookeville, Tennessee; grandchildren Misty and Todd Sargent of Clarksville, Ohio and many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 11am until 1pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1pm with Pastor Arthur McFarland officiating. Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
