Obituary of Elizabeth Turner

TURNER, Elizabeth (nee Belcher) age 88, six days short of 89, died February 28, passed away peacefully at home with her husband, Bill, and daughters Carolyn and Linda at her side. Born March 5, 1927, she was the daughter to the late William and Myrtie Belcher. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Junior and sister Mary Margaret, also her grandson, Billy Leak. Elizabeth is survived by her husband Bill, married 72 1/2 years and her two daughters, Carolyn (Larry) Templeton, and Linda (Jim) Leak, 3 grandchildren, Lori, Robert (Bo) and Amy, 4 great-grandchildren, Derek and JD Leak, JillianTreadway and Seth and Blake Hunter, great-great granddaughter Hazel Hunter. Elizabeth was a loving and deeply religious lady. She was born in Jackson, Kentucky, Breathitt County. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 11am until 1pm at the Stine Kilburn funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1pm with Pastor Kelly Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio. Contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
