Obituary of David Randal Cook

COOK, David Randal age 53 of Lebanon, Ohio passed on December 5, 2015 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties surrounded by his loving family. Beloved father of Sarah Chloe Cook, son of Darlene (Don) Faye Bandy and father David (Holly) P. Cook. Grandfather to Jackson Fields and grandson to Helen Long Grushon. Dear brother of Denebola (Robert) R. Proctor, Desiree (Tom) Wood and Dana (Carl) R. Chiaramonte, Barbara (Ball) Goodlett, Janet Ball and James Ball. Preceded in death by grandparents Henry Cook, William Grushon and Marjorie Cook and birth parents Rita Gibbs, James Ball and step mom Holly Cook. Dave served his country proudly in the U.S> Army and worked as a police officer in Sparta, New Jersey South Lebanon and Blanchester, Ohio. Dave worked tirelessly for Warren County MRDD and made a substantial impact and improved life for many of their clients. He also worked for Cub and Kathy Stewart at the Red Stewart Airfield in Paynesville, ohio. He will also be extremely missed by his partner and loving friend Loretta Lovell and his many singing and guitar playing buddies. The family has elected not to have a service at this time but will hold a celebration of life early spring/summer 2016.
