Obituary of Betty Sue Wood

WOOD, Betty Sue (nee Eve) age 84 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday, November 15, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Born October 11, 1931 in Harlan County, Kentucky, Betty was the daughter of Ernest and Ressie Mae (Bolin) Eve and was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Betty was a cosmetologist by trade and a member of the Lebanon Baptist Temple. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Bruce Wood in 1988, grandchildren Tory and Tiffany Koch, brother Billy Eve and brother-in-laws Eugene Tindle and Tom Flemming; Betty leaves behind her loving children Deborah K. Doller of Carlisle, Ohio, Connie R. (Richard) Drummond of Lebanon, Ohio, Joi (Jerry) Crow of Mason, Ohio and Pamela S. (Bill) Koch of Lebanon, Ohio; sisters Mary Tindle, Pat Flemming and Shirley Miller all of Lebanon, Ohio; brother David Eve; grandchildren Nathan A. and Andrea K. Doller, Daniel A. Drummond, Julie A. Zimmer, Melody K. Queen, Valerie G. Allen, Bethany D. Kendrick, William Benjamin Koch, Stephen A. Koch, Kaitlyn Brooke Mounce, Kierstyn A. Crowe, jennifer R. Davis and Jason M. Crowe; 22 great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 10am until 12pm at the Lebanon Baptist Temple. Funeral services will be held at the church at 12pm with Pastor Richard Drummond officiating. Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery. The family appreciates memorial donations that are directed to the Lebanon Baptist Temple.
