Obituary of Robert Charles

CHARLES, Robert "Bob" age 70 of Morrow, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday, November 15, 2015 at the Pine Ridge Nursing Home in Morrow, Ohio. born July 6, 1945 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, Bob was the son of Andrew and Birtie (Howard) Charles and was a loving father, grandfather and brother. Bob served his country proudly during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Marine Corps, was a Little Miami High School graduate and a retiree from Green Bay Packing with 22 years of service. Bob enjoyed the outdoors, boating, motorcylces and dancing. Preceded in death by his parents and sister Hettie Meek; Bob leaves behind his loving sons Robby (Jennifer) Wilson and Andy (Kim) Charles all of Morrow, Ohio; sisters Loetta (Larry) Sewell of Wilmington, Ohio, Catherine (Bill) Menick of Maineville, Ohio and Edith (Terry) Gustin of Springboro, Ohio; grandchildren Anthony and Ashley Charles and Dustin and Corey Wilson; two great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends. the family will receive friends Friday, November 20, 2015 from 11am until 12:30pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. funeral services will be held at the funeral home af 12:30 with Pastor Kevin Seeley officiating. Burial will follow in the Morrow Cemetery, Morrow, Ohio.
