Obituary of Grandyon Wade Baker

BAKER, Grandyon Wade age 53 of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Bethesda North Hospital. Born November 25, 1961 in Wilmington, Ohio, Grandyon was the son of Lester and Norma Jean (Taulbee) Baker and was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Grandyon was a graduate of Kings High School and a 20 year retiree from the U.S. Army having been deployed to Germany and Korea. Grandyon was a member of the Lebanon Eagles Lodge #1395 and enjoyed playing golf, watching the Cincinnati Bengals and spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Graylin Baker; Grandyon leaves behind his loving wife of 35 years Joann (McGlone) Baker of Lebanon, Ohio; daughter Shannon Rae Baker; grandchildren Zoe, Savannah and Little Kirk Edwards; brother Grayson Baker; sister Janice Craig; sister-in-law Debbie Stacy and many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, November 16, 2015 from 11am until 1pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1pm with burial with Military Honors to follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
