Obituary of Teresa Lynn Tackett

TACKETT, Teresa Lynn age 49 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Friday, November 6, 2015 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. Born June 1, 1966 in Middletown, Ohio, Teresa was the daughter of Don and Donna (Perry) Tackett and was a loving mother, daughter and sister. Teresa attended New Freedom Church and Urbancrest Baptist Church in Lebanon and was a Carlisle High School graduate. Preceded in death by her parents; Teresa leaves behind her son Matthew Tackett of Lebanon, Ohio; sisters Barb Coldirinn of Waynesville, Ohio and Rhonda Tackett of Middletown, Ohio. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
