Obituary of Zechariah Stephen Stookey

STOOKEY, Zechariah Stephen age 20 of Morrow, Ohio passed unexpectedly Wednesday, October 21, 2015 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born September 9, 1995 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Zechariah was the son of Joseph G. and Valerie R. (nee Stewart) Stookey, Jr. and was a loving son, brother and friend to all who knew him. Zechariah was a graduate of Greater Ohio Virtual School and was employed with UPS where he worked in shipping. Zechariah enjoyed the cabin and fishing in Minnesota, home cooked meals and water skiing. Zechariah leaves behind his loving parents Joseph and Valerie Stookey of Morrow, Ohio; brother Joshua Stookey of Morrow, Ohio; sisters Meredith "Rachel" Stookey and Esther Renee' Stookey of Morrow, Ohio; paternal grandparents Joe and Jeannie Stookey of Lebanon, Ohio and maternal grandparents Rebecca Stewart of Cincinnati and Stephen Stewart of Arizona, his best friend Alec Ortberg and Samuel Long. Friends may call on the family Wednesday, October 28, 2015 from 10am until 11am at the First Baptist Church of South Lebanon. Funeral services will be held at the church at 11am with Pastor Tim Davies officiating. Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio.
