Obituary of Jacqueline Louise Jacober

JACOBER, Jacqueline Louise (nee Pfeifer) age 93 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the Otterbein Retirement Community. Born July 2, 1922 in Columbus, Ohio, Jacqueline was the daughter of Stephan and Juanita (Staley) Pfeifer and was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her. Jacqueline was a graduate of Otterbein College. During World War II, she worked in an ammo factory while attending college. Preceded in death by her parents and husband Jack Jacober in 2002; Jacqueline leaves behind her loving daughters Jessica (William) Schreiner of Lebanon, Ohio and Jennifer (Frederick) Black of Greensboro, Georgia; grandchildren Douglas (Samantha) Black, Stephen Black and Melissa (Jon) Pittman; great grandchildren Hayden and Julia Black and Andrew, Molly and Alex Pittman and sister Sara "Patti" Williams of Westerville, Ohio. Visitation will be held Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 10:30am until 11am followed by a memorial service at 11am at the Stine Kilburn funeral Home. Entombment will be in the Rest Haven Memorial Park, Blue Ash, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriner's Burn Institute, Cincinnati, Ohio or the Wounded Warrior Project.
