I came to know "Wolfie" later in his life. My Mom (Louise Houston Smith) worked with his wife, Samantha many years ago. They came to a garage sale we held & she bought some yarn. Turns out she & Wolfie lived behind us & she invited me over to see some of her crochet projects. I was jobless at the time & watching my $$, Sammy ended up sending me home with a bag of yarn. Wolfie offered to drive Mom & me home, as it was a hot & humid day. He & Sammy would often walk, we'd see them on our street. They would always wave & sometimes stop to talk. I will always remember Wolfie as a kind & gentle man.
