Obituary of Robert Dale Butcher

BUTCHER, Robert Dale "Bobby" age 53 of Lebanon, Ohio passed tragically from injuries sustained in an automobile accident Thursday, July 2, 2015. Born February 27, 1962 in Middletown, Ohio, Bobby was the son of Pearl and Daisy (Burnell) Butcher and was a loving a devoted father, grandfather son and brother. Bobby enjoyed deer hunting, golfing, dancing and most of all spending time with his family. Many will remember Bobby from his years of employment with the Warren County Water Department where he served as a water lab technician. Preceded in death by his mother Daisy Butcher, Bobby leaves behind his loving children Ryan (Kari) Butcher of Lebanon,Ohio and Jamie (Doug) Short of Lebanon, Ohio; father Pearl Butcher of Lebanon, Ohio; brother James Butcher of Lebanon, Ohio; grandson Cooper; nephews and nieces Aaron Butcher of Lebanon, Ohio, Kaitlin Leitschuh of Indianapolis and Kirby Leitschuh of Lebanon, Ohio and many other family members and friends. Calling hours will be held Monday, July 6, 2015 from 5pm until 8pm at the Cross Pointe Church of Christ, 5630 State Route 122, Franklin, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the church Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 11am with Minister Scott Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Lebanon Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio. Memorial donations may be directed to the Diabetes Association.
