Obituary of Carman Crase
CRASE, Carman age 82 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Sunday evening, April 19, 2015 at Lebanon Country Manor. Born May 27, 1932 in Belknap, Kentucky, Carman was the son of Leburn and Mabel (Perkins) Crase and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Carman served his country proudly in the U.S. Army (stationed in Germany) and was a retired Corrections Officer from LCI and WCI. Later in his working years, Carman worked for Bethesda North Hospital Security. Carman was a member of the Lebanon Masonic Lodge and the First Baptist Church of God, South Lebanon. Carman enjoyed gun collecting and target practice, going to flea markets and yard sales and flower gardening. Preceded in death by his parents; Carman leaves behind his loving wife of 59 years Ruby (Bishop) Crase of Lebanon, Ohio; daughter Cathy (Tom) Pancero of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandson Ezra Lane and brother Wilgus (Cleo) Crase.
The family will receive friends Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 11am until 12pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 12:00pm with Pastor Clay Colwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.
