Obituary of Judith J. Lakes

LAKES, Judith J. (Nee Lake) age 72 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully Monday, April 20, 2015 at the Atrium Medical Center. Born May 26, 1942 in Lebanon, Ohio, Judith was a lifelong resident of Lebanon, Ohio and a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister and aunt. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Randy Lake; Judith leaves behind her loving husband Vernon Lakes of Lebanon, Ohio; daughter Amy Lakes of Fairfield, Ohio; brother Jerry Lake of Lebanon, Ohio, sister Betty Hayslip of Lebanon, Ohio, nieces Amanda Perry and Shelly Hayslip, nephew James Lake and two great-nieces Christy Alexander and Jenna Seachrist. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
