Obituary of Johnnie Ray Deaton

DEATON, Johnnie Ray age 81 of Lebanon, Ohio passed peacefully at his residence Thursday, April 9, 2015. Born April 9, 1934 in Lee County, Kentucky, Johnnie was the son of Mollie Deaton and was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Johnny was retired from the Princeton City Schools where he worked as a mechanic and enjoyed fishing, working on cars and spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his mother, wife Dorothy (Coomer) Deaton and daughter Angel Deaton; Johnnie leaves behind his sons Gary Deaton of Lebanon, Ohio, Don (Chong) Deaton of Lebanon, Ohio and Ray Deaton of Franklin, Ohio; daughter Connie Rajeski of Lebanon, Ohio; eighteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm at the Stine Kilburn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1:00pm with burial to follow in the Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville, Ohio.
