Obituary of John Wheeler

WHEELER, John M. Jr. age 59 of Lebanon, Ohio formerly of Loveland, Ohio passed peacefully Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Hospice of Cincinnati with his family by his side. Born April 17, 1952 in Harlan, Kentucky, John was the son of John M. and Geneva (Setzer) Wheeler and a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. John was known by many from his construction business in the Cincinnati area and his passion for golfing. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jerry, Ellis and James Wheeler and sisters Christine Stewart, Clara Hughes and Betty Stewart; John leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 42 years Lois (Campbell) Wheeler of Lebanon, Ohio; son John D. (Bertha) Wheeler of Hillsboro, Ohio; daughter Shiela (Ben) Holmes-Stauss of Cincinnati, Ohio; sisters Audrey Wright and Maxine Allen; grandchildren Elizabeth Wheeler, John David Wheeler, Adrienne Holmes, Jerry Wheeler, Grayson Holmes and Matthew Wheeler and many other family members and friends. Friends may call on the family Thursday evening, March 1, 2012 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at the Anchor of Hope Church, Settlemire Road, Lebanon, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the church Friday, March 2, 2012 at 11:00am with Reverend Bill Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Dry Ridge, Kentucky. The family appreciates memorial donations that are directed to the Anchor of Hope Church.
