Obituary of Brent Neil Miller

MILLER, Brent Neil, D.O. age 43 of Lebanon, Ohio passed unexpectedly March 24, 2015. Born March 15, 1972 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Miller was the son of Marshall and Joy (Ferguson) Miller and was a loving son, father and husband. Dr. Miller was a lifelong resident of Lebanon, Ohio, a member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church, the Ohio Carriage Club and Gypsy Vanner Society. Dr. Miller was a physiatrist specializing in the non-surgical evaluation and treatment of spine conditions and electrodiagnostic medicine. He spent his college years at Marshall University where he was a member of the Marshall University Soccer Team. Academically, as a resident at Ohio State University, he won awards for achievement in electrodiagnostic medicine and had lectured at the AAP and AAPMR conferences. Preceded in death by his grandparents Marshall and Lucille Miller and George and Fern Ferguson; Dr. Miller leaves behind his loving parents Marshall and Joy Miller, daughters Kaelynn and Ainsley Miller, wife Michelle (Nixon) Miller and brother Scott Miller all of Lebanon, Ohio and brother Jeff (Amy) Miller of Ft. Mill, South Carolina; nieces and nephews Annalisa, Avamarie and Alyssarose Miller and Corwin, Eleanor, Cammi, Preston and Austin and many other family members and friends. The family has requested private funeral services and appreciates memorial donations that are directed to the Brent Neil Miller, D.O. Memorial Fund for the Benefit of Children’s Medical Care and Research at any Fifth Third Bank location.
